Leisure Services Consultants . In this remote role, you will assist clients with coordinating personalized leisure experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth planning process from start to finish.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and delivering high-quality service. Comprehensive training is provided. Prior experience is welcome but not required.
Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budgets
Research and coordinate accommodations, transportation, and activity options
Manage reservations, confirmations, and related documentation
Communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure accurate arrangements
Provide clients with detailed itineraries and service summaries
Assist with updates, changes, and alternative arrangements as needed
Maintain organized records and client files
Deliver responsive, professional customer service throughout the process
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to manage multiple requests and timelines
Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
