Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and timelines

Coordinate and confirm reservations with approved vendors and partners

Research options and present tailored recommendations based on client requests

Prepare and manage client documentation, confirmations, and updates

Assist clients with changes, questions, and ongoing support

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services

Stay informed on service updates, policies, and best practices
