Remote Client Relations Representatives . This role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing service coordination, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end.
This is a remote position with flexible scheduling and full training provided. Prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Provide consistent, professional customer service and client support
Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly
Consult with clients to identify needs, goals, and service expectations
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and service-related documentation
Research options and present appropriate solutions to clients
Handle changes, updates, and alternative arrangements with accuracy
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
Keep detailed, organized records to support service delivery
