30093785The **Key Purpose** of this role is to execute the Tier 2 Logistics strategy, to understand deviations and course correct or realign where necessary in BUSA East Coast Region. To safely ensure T2 Logistics key performance indicators are being achieved to support overall Service Levels to Commercial. To control and manage Variable Logistics Costs. To implement and support the Distribution Plant Optimisation excellence program.**Key Roles and Responsibilities:*** Manage a safe working environment both internally and externally* Intermediary with Commercial to ensure that we satisfy demand and deliver on Service Level in the most cost-efficient way to deliver on VLC* Accountable for Service Level targets being achieved -Specifically Refusals and On Time* Manage Tier 2 operational performance and execution against the targets and ensure alignment with Variable Logistics Costs. Ensure Latest Estimate is calculated with plans to recover on deviations -Variable Logistics Performance achieved* Manage all T2 related KPI's to drive T2 Productivity* Manage the SCOH package specifically the driver breakage G/L’s* Contractor management and SLA adherence* Manage monthly payment process through SPODS and SAP* DC site visits to support the frontline team’s execution to standards* Strong collaboration with multi-functional teams to solve complex problems* Distribution Plant Optimisation implementation and support to all DC's DPO Qualification**Key Attributes and Competencies:*** Good interpersonal skills / builds good relationships* Ability to work under pressure* Good verbal and communication skills* Good self-management practices* Strong achievement orientation* Deliver on time* Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively**Minimum Requirements:*** 3 year relevant diploma/degree* 2 Year management experience preferably in Logistics* Distribution Plant Optimisation programme experience* Logistics experience advantageous* High level computer user (MS Office, Oasis, Handheld devices, SPODS)* SAP proficient**Additional Information:*** Band: **VI**SAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
