Brief Description Build your own equipment sales business in Utah! BigIron is expanding in Utah and is seeking an Equipment Sales Representative to operate as a 1099 independent contractor within a defined multi-county territory.

This opportunity is built for someone who knows Utah agriculture. Someone who understands equipment values. Someone who has relationships in farming, ranching, dairy, construction, or ag service. You will grow your territory by building a book of business, earning consignments, advising sellers from listing to settlement, and representing a national brand known for results in agricultural auctions.

Develop and manage a protected Utah territory

Prospect for farm and heavy equipment consignments

Meet face to face with farmers, ranchers, and contractors

Evaluate equipment and set seller expectations

Requirements Ideal Background

3+ years of successful sales experience

Strong preference for agricultural, equipment, or rural B2B background

Existing relationships within Colorado farming or contractor networks preferred

Self-motivated and disciplined

Comfortable working independently

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Tech-comfortable with CRM and mobile tools

Valid driver’s license
