Golf Course Superintendent
to lead agronomic operations at our historic 18-hole public facility. This leadership role oversees a 20-member maintenance team and is responsible for preserving the course’s long-standing standards while guiding its continued evolution for future generations.

Job Summary The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the golf course maintenance department. This includes turf management, landscaping, irrigation management, equipment repair, budgetary control, staff management, and compliance with Massachusetts environmental and safety regulations.
