Maze Health is looking for an Intake Specialist to join an energetic, warm, fun team dedicated to patient care. Our administrative staff are just as integral to our success as our practitioners. Ideal candidate for the position is an individual with exceptional customer service and patient care skills, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, interested in a long-term position. Great opportunity for candidates looking to work remotely. This role is full-time or part-time; hours are Monday-Friday. Responsibilities
Providing patients with a warm and friendly customer service experience Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling new and existing patients for appointments Completing new patient registrations and data entry Discussing insurance benefits, authorization requirements and payment responsibilities Answering email and telephone inquiries in a timely manner Returning patient voicemail messages Qualifications
Exceptional customer service and phone skills Be able to work from home in a quiet, dedicated space Possess strong organizational skills Be punctual, dependable, and reliable Be able to efficiently multitask Medical administrative knowledge or background a plus Able to work independently and as a team player Outstanding communication skills Training will be done in Westchester, NY office for 2-3 weeks. Must be able to attend in-person training for the first month of employment. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $39,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits
