Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving new business development, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
Meet or exceed established monthly and annual sales goals
Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within CRM systems
Qualifications
3+ years of proven B2B sales experience , with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Demonstrated success in sales, account management, or business development
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Industry experience in signage, printing, or marketing is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Self‑motivated, professional, and comfortable working in an on‑site environment
