Our Extended Care Home Medical Equipment team is seeking a new

Field Sales Specialist

to manage the Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, and DC region - a territory with a strong existing customer base and

significant untapped

growth potential. With the right person leading the charge, this region is poised for expansion and success. You’ll be backed by a

comprehensive training program , field mentorship, and a collaborative team culture that sets you up to succeed. From day one, you’ll be surrounded by experienced professionals who are ready to support your growth and celebrate your wins.

What You’ll Do

Sell a broad portfolio of HME products and services to existing and prospective clients

Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth in your territory

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and provide post-sale support

Maintain and expand distribution of products and services

Collaborate with senior sales reps and leadership to maximize territory performance

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships

Training & Support

Several weeks of structured remote training with our Sales Training Team

Field experience alongside seasoned sales reps

A dedicated mentor from your team

An additional mentor from outside your immediate team

Ongoing support from a collaborative, high‑performing sales organization

Compensation Your

Total Target Cash

(Base + Sales Incentive) starts at

$127,000 to $136,500 annually

based on the location of residence of our chosen candidate.

Uncapped sales incentive —your earning potential grows with your success

Lucrative New Business Bonuses —paid out for one full calendar year post‑sale

Base salary

reflects the investment in training and development to ensure your success

Auto Program:

Company vehicle or auto allowance ($668 monthly)

Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:

$114,000 - $190,000

Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.

Minimum Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience

Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Must have driving history for a minimum of last 36 months

Critical Skills

Strong cold calling and prospecting abilities

Proven success in maintaining and growing a customer base

Consistent achievement of sales objectives

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience in healthcare sales, especially Post‑Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, DME/HME, or Wound Care

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare distribution

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
