As
Sales Manager Germany , you will play a key role in driving regional growth by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new strategic accounts. This is a hands-on sales role focused on complex, high-value, project-based opportunities in the field of IT and
Data Centre Infrastructure . You will own the full sales cycle - from opportunity identification to contract closure - while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-specific solutions. This role requires a high level of autonomy, creativity, and the ability to think beyond standard approaches. We are looking for a proactive self-starter with a strong “get it done” mindset. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while covering the German market, and with regular interaction with our Swiss HQ. Responsibilities
Develop new customers and strategic accounts in Germany Lead commercial initiatives and close deals Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecasts Must Have
Proven experience in B2B sales of premium, high-value solutions Strong background in project-based sales Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Experience with CRM software Willing to travel regionally (30–50%) Nice to have
