Job description: Nippon Shokken U.S.A., the No.1 sauce company in Japan, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Torrance, LA.
Base salary $59,640 and performance incentives (avg. 6% of salary).

The Role This position involves 80% travel within your assigned Torrance-area territory and 20% office work. You'll build relationships with new and existing customers, introduce our premium sauces and seasonings to American food businesses, and help expand our presence beyond our traditional Asian customer base.
What You'll Do
Report to the office each morning to plan your day and coordinate appointments
Visit clients in your territory to maintain and develop business relationships
Prepare sales contracts and process orders
Track sales data and performance in our CRM system
Meet or exceed sales targets with support from our experienced team
Business travel assigned as needed (10 days per month at least)
Cooking demonstration to showcase our products
What We're Looking For
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Comfortable with 80% travel throughout the Southern CA and its neighboring States
Able to lift 40+ lbs (product samples and materials)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Coachable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Fluent in Mandarin or Korean (written and verbal)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree

Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship for employment visa status
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Preferred to have sales experience in the food industry
Able to lift over 40 lbs
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Valid driver license & own transportation
