This role is Hybrid and requires being in the Austin, Texas office 3 days a week.
They are seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for the full sales cycle and helping them reach their ARR goal. You should have experience running net-new Mid-market sales, and successfully run a 6-figure quota.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through self-prospecting methods.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Maintain a strong understanding of the products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of attaining quota.
Experience selling at a start-up or a similar fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
A growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
