What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Qualify leads and perform needs assessments while engaging technical resources
Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews
Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to guide sales processes effectively
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, managing large, complex sales situations
Partner with sales Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Majors Contact Center Sales
Proven ability to lead and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish
Experience working within Majors accounts
Experience leading others with product/services training and sales guides
Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing go-to-market co-sell strategies with internal teams and partners
Ability to work strategically with management to deliver forecasts and identify opportunities
