We are seeking a motivated SaaS Sales & Tech Enthusiast to drive inbound sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, guide clients through product offerings, and provide expert advice on SaaS solutions. Accountabilities
Advise customers on SaaS solutions and build strong, long-term relationships through professional and responsive service.
Identify, engage, and follow up with inbound leads via email, phone, and online channels.
Prepare and optimize email sequences and other sales communication to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct online product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively.
Create and negotiate offers to close deals and upsell additional services to active customers.
Track sales performance, test different approaches, and continuously refine strategies for improved results.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer challenges effectively.
Comfortable using various technology platforms and sales tools.
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, able to perform under pressure.
Experience giving online demos and engaging with diverse companies and industries.
