About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products, and providing support and guidance. You’ll use fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Customer Sales & Profit Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products to customers Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team General Information

Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development

Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for the role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refilling to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation and displays that align with visual and commercial guidelines Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow best practices for in-store omni services and in-store tech tools Support opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements Qualifications
