Help Lead a winning team: Inspire, coach, and develop a group of talented multi-media sales professionals to exceed individual and team digital revenue goals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Drive digital strategy: Take the reins on our digital sales initiatives, identifying new opportunities, developing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring our team is always at the forefront of the evolving digital landscape. Cultivate client success: Partner with local businesses to understand their unique challenges, then craft bespoke multi-platform advertising campaigns (think CTV, OTT, programmatic, social, SEO/SEM, email, and traditional broadcast) that deliver measurable results. Analyze and optimize: Utilize market data, analytics, and CRM tools to track performance, identify trends, and continuously refine sales strategies for maximum effectiveness and profitability. Innovate and educate: Stay hungry for knowledge on emerging digital products and trends, then translate that expertise into actionable insights and training for your team and clients. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work hand-in-hand with our news, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and an unparalleled client experience. Qualifications/Requirements

3+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of exceeding digital revenue targets in a media environment. Deep expertise in digital advertising products and strategies (display, video, programmatic, social, SEM, SEO, email marketing, OTT/CTV are your playground). Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills: You genuinely love developing talent and seeing your team succeed. Strong analytical abilities: You're comfortable with data, CRM systems, and leveraging insights to drive decisions. A client-centric approach: You're a solutions provider, not just a seller, always putting the client's needs first. Urgency and resilience: The media landscape moves fast, and you thrive on that energy, bouncing back quickly from challenges.
