This role plays a key part in connecting internal teams, service providers, and global customers while ensuring compliance, precision, and efficiency across international logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Enter, monitor, and track export orders and shipments with a high degree of accuracy
Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, loading details, and invoices
Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific export requirements
Communicate shipment details, schedules, and requirements with internal teams and external partners
Maintain organized and complete records for all export activities
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced global logistics environment
Collaborate as a team player and take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Experience in export, logistics, supply chain, or international business (preferred)
