
Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to both internal and external customers. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of company products and guidelines to ensure accurate and helpful service. By working closely with team members in the Sales Department, the Customer Service Representative helps create a seamless customer experience through effective collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured.
Receives and researches customer complaints.
Maintains customer database.
Transmits pricing to customers.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment.
Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
Demonstrate an understanding of products and production processes to assist with customer questions.
Demonstrates ability to work with management, sales, and other departments to solve problems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
