Prepare, review, and submit import/export documents (customs invoices, certificates of origin, etc.)
Manage and oversee import and export of goods.
Ensure accurate product classification (HTS codes), country of origin determination, and valuation
Ensure adherence to domestic and international customs laws, tariffs, and trade regulations, monitor changes.
Coordinate customs clearance with brokers.
Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, holds, or discrepancies
Your Profile
3+ years of experience in import/export operations or trade compliance Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures, HS codes, and tariff systems Strong knowledge of U.S. import and export regulations Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases. Familiarity with international trade software. Experience with Incoterms 2020 Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
