Responsibilities Kforce's client in Orlando, FL is seeking a Marketing Manager to support a new, high-visibility subscription program designed to attract a younger demographic. The role will drive the execution and optimization of cross-channel digital campaigns, ensuring strong coordination across teams, clear deliverables, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and storyteller—someone who can move seamlessly from dashboards to creative, from campaign setup to executive updates.

Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across paid media, web, email, and integrated campaigns

Execute cross-channel strategies focused on conversion and subscription growth

Translate performance data into optimization actions and future recommendations

Manage campaign workflows including timelines, meetings, stakeholders, and deliverables

Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs; turn analytics into clear narratives

Partner with creative, product, analytics, and external partners to ensure alignment

Present performance insights and strategic options to senior leadership

Drive a culture of testing through A/B experimentation and CRO best practices

Requirements (Core Expertise)

Digital marketing across paid search, paid social, and lifecycle/email

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Experience reading dashboards and converting numbers into action

Conversion-focused campaign planning and execution

Comfort operating in fast-paced, highly visible growth initiatives

Nice to Have

Project management acumen

Account management or stakeholder management experience

Professional Strengths

High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Confident communicator with executive presence

Ability to direct teams, push back constructively, and present solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
