Role Description This is a
hybrid-remote founder-level opportunity
for a
Marketing Partner / Growth Lead (equity-based)
to help launch and scale an AI software product that is already built and ready for market.
I’m looking for someone located in
Portland, OR or the surrounding area
who wants to help take a real product from launch to traction. This is not just running ads or posting content. You will help shape positioning, messaging, and growth strategy from the ground up while working directly with the founder.
This is not a traditional salaried position upfront. Instead, this is an opportunity to partner in growing the company and earn meaningful equity based on contribution and impact.
You will work directly with the founder to:
Define positioning and messaging
Identify target audiences and acquisition channels
Execute early growth experiments and validate what works
Build repeatable marketing funnels and outreach systems
Develop brand presence, content, and community
Help turn early users into momentum
The goal is simple: get the product into the hands of the public and build real traction together.
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate in an early-stage environment
Strong understanding of growth marketing, demand generation, or product marketing
Ability to execute, not just strategize
Experience with startups, SaaS, automation, or AI products is highly valuable
Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning quickly from results
Strong communication and collaboration skills
