Job Description
This position serves to support the mission of Element Student Ministry, which is to reach everyone for Christ, to connect with other Christians, to grow in our faith, to serve those in need, and to honor God with our lives.
Primary Focuses This role will have three primary focuses.
Director of Student Ministries, Hoover Campus:
Providing leadership for student ministry programming and serves as a visible, relational presence within the Hoover community. This role partners closely with campus and student ministry leadership to cultivate meaningful connections and sustainable growth.
Communications (at‑l) for Element Student Ministry:
Drafting, Creating, and Scheduling all digital and print media, social media and communications systems.
Community Engagement:
Maintaining and Developing Programs that create pathways into our student ministry and church, such as Element Cafe, our free middle school after school program, currently reaching over 100 students per week.
