The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Business Development team and Project Executives to support project pursuit and company marketing efforts. This role is responsible for creating and updating proposals, statements of qualifications, interview materials, and marketing collateral. The Marketing Coordinator also supports branding initiatives, digital marketing, website management, and social media while tracking deliverables throughout the life of construction projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Project Acquisition Support

Prepare Statements of Qualifications, proposals, and interview materials

Assist with interview strategy development and preparation

Create and edit pursuit-related materials, including:

Videos

Graphics and visual assets

Provide training and assistance to team members as needed

Develop business development marketing packets and in-house promotional materials

Create and manage company and employee collateral, both printed and digital

Design and coordinate production of printed materials, including but not limited to:

Job site signage and fence screens

Rack cards, brochures, and other promotional materials

Coordinate trade show materials and preparation

Creative and Design Support

Perform creative and design work for various company initiatives

Coordinate photography needs and manage project photography

Digital Marketing and Communications

Create project spotlights, newsletters, and e-blasts using Constant Contact

Create and distribute email marketing campaigns

Manage company social media platforms

Assist with management of the company website, including content collection, edits, and overall design and functionality

Project and Data Management

Track marketing deliverables throughout the life of each construction project

Create and update required marketing materials as needed

Update contacts, accounts, and project opportunities in Salesforce

Requirements Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Attention to detail and strong written and visual communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with business development, executives, and project teams

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required

Experience in the construction, engineering, or professional services industry is a plus
