The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. This role oversees digital marketing, demand generation, brand management, and marketing operations while providing leadership and direction to the marketing function in alignment with corporate objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives. Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and resource allocation. Lead product marketing initiatives for both existing and new product lines. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, trade shows, and direct channels. Strengthen brand positioning and increase market penetration across target industries. Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and inbound lead generation. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content planning to identify growth opportunities. Optimize website structure, technical SEO elements, and on-page content to improve rankings and user experience. Create and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion pathways to maximize lead capture. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions. Evaluate and enhance user journeys from initial engagement through conversion. Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and accurate tracking implementation (GA4, Tag Manager). Email Marketing & Automation

Develop targeted email campaigns and automated nurture workflows to support lead development and customer engagement. Segment audiences and implement lead scoring methodologies to improve sales alignment. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize engagement and deliverability. Branding & Demand Generation

Maintain and evolve brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels. Oversee content strategy and calendar to ensure consistency, technical accuracy, and value-driven communication. Support industry events, trade shows, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives; evaluate ROI and impact. Ensure brand consistency across all product lines and marketing materials. Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations

Define and monitor KPIs including lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Deliver actionable performance reports and strategic insights to senior leadership. Identify scalable growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact marketing initiatives. Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack including CRM, automation platforms, CMS, and analytics tools. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives. Establish processes to improve marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Recruit, develop, and lead marketing personnel; provide coaching, performance management, and professional development. Manage project timelines, external vendors, and departmental workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives. Directly supervise one (1) employee within the Marketing department. Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable employment laws. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Marketing or a related field. Eight years of progressive marketing experience, including digital strategy and lead generation. Demonstrated expertise in SEO, website optimization, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (GA4, CRM systems). Proven ability to translate data into strategic marketing decisions. Experience supervising and developing team members. Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented leadership style.
