Critical Process Filtration, a TCPA Company, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality filtration solutions for pharmaceutical, electronics, process water, and gas filtration. For over 25 years Critical Process Filtration has been designing filtration products and our own machinery, with the goal of becoming the number one manufacturer of process filters. We serve companies that clarify and purify components of their products to assure patient and consumer safety, and their product’s brand. Our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility is located in Nashua, New Hampshire and is where we assemble and package all of our products in a clean‑room environment. Critical Process cartridge, capsule and laboratory products are being used today by leading companies in the life sciences, food and beverage, healthcare, water purification and technology industries. We are looking for dedicated people to join our manufacturing team as we expand our business.

CPF has an exciting opening for a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. This position is primarily responsible for generating new business, following‑up and sales order generation of targeted customers, products & services. You will leverage your communication skills and sales experience to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

What you will be accomplishing in our team environment:

Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Conduct phone conversations to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.

Coordinate calls for both Sales and Applications and keep detailed records of communications.

Utilize HubSpot to manage client accounts, track interactions, and analyze data for improved service.

Negotiate terms and agreements with clients while maintaining a focus on their needs and expectations.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Quote part numbers to customers, follow up on quotes and new orders, sending and responding to customer feedback reports

Check on deliveries, as well as large value orders, or orders that may have had anomalies.

Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.

Collect RGA or ATS information

Keep relevant on products and services offerings

Assist the sales leadership in the development and management of sales tools, processes and help to coordinate broad sales department needs

Identify industry/market growth trends and develop ideas/plans that will prepare sales team to respond effectively and maximize benefits

Develop strategies to market our services effectively to potential clients.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support account management efforts.

Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the needs of the business.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree, or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven experience in sales or client coordination roles.

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong understanding of market trends related to our services and products.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

Works proficiently with minimal supervision and is able to provide feedback on systems processes.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Manage difficult or emotional customer situations

Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Knowledge of Database Software, Internet Software, Manufacturing Software and Microsoft Office Software.
