Our Purpose: We pioneer the innovations that move and connect people to what matters Responsibilities

Create and maintain content for learning projects. Design, develop, and deploy technology-based training including e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, and blended solutions. Consult with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to translate information into learner-centered, engaging solutions and advise on appropriate learning strategies. Analyze business and performance needs to recommend learning solutions which support organizational goals. Stay current on all instructional design theory and strategies. Use all industry standard tools for developing technology-based training courseware. Attend continuing education courses as directed by the supervisor to stay current on training technologies and methods. Establish and meet time-bound deliverables. Evaluate learning solutions using feedback, assessments, and performance data to continuously improve learning effectiveness. Qualifications

Working knowledge of the financial industry and the ability to understand GM Financial's core business functions. Experience with instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE) to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions, including measurement of learning effectiveness and performance impact. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in learning development software, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva. Experience

0-2 years of experience developing online and paper-based training courseware and documentation. 0-2 years of experience in planning, managing, developing, and delivering learning projects. 0-2 years of experience educational, corporate training, or professional services environment, creating strategies and developing management, leadership, and executive level training solutions. Experience creating impactful visual designs, including infographics, logos, newsletters, etc. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred.
