Position Summary HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries.
The Social Media Coordinator supports the execution of social media content and community engagement across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for content scheduling, posting, monitoring engagement, and assisting with performance tracking to help increase brand awareness and audience growth.
This is a highly organized, detail-oriented role focused on execution and coordination rather than high-level strategy ownership. The Social Media Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Director and creative partners to ensure social channels remain active, on-brand, and aligned with campaign initiatives.
Core Responsibilities Content Coordination & Publishing
Assist in executing the social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Schedule and publish approved content in a timely and organized manner
Support content creation including basic graphics, captions, short‑form video editing, and formatting
Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social platforms
Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions
Engage with followers to foster positive brand interaction
Escalate customer concerns or sensitive inquiries to internal teams when necessary
Performance Support
Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics
Assist in compiling monthly performance reports
Provide observations and insights based on content performance
Cross-Functional Support
Coordinate with internal teams to support campaign launches, product releases, and events
Assist in gathering content from photoshoots, events, and brand partners
Support influencer and creator outreach efforts as directed
Trend Monitoring
Stay current on platform trends, content formats, and algorithm updates
Monitor competitor activity and share relevant insights
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of hands‑on experience supporting social media accounts for brands or organizations
Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Experience using scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Highly organized with ability to manage deadlines
Preferred
Basic video editing experience for short‑form content
Exposure to influencer partnerships or brand collaborations
Experience in CPG, wellness, lifestyle, or regulated industries
What Success Looks Like
Content is posted consistently and on schedule
Social engagement is timely and professional
Reporting is accurate and organized
Campaigns are supported effectively through social channels
Social presence remains active, polished, and on-brand
Hourly Pay Range:
$24.00 – $34.00 per hour
Placement within the range is based on experience, content capabilities, and ability to execute independently within established brand guidelines.
Overtime is paid in accordance with California law.
Eligible employees may receive access to company-sponsored benefits in accordance with HR MGMT 10, LLC plans and eligibility requirements.
Schedule & Work Hours Standard full‑time schedule based on business needs.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for campaign support or event coverage and will be compensated accordingly.
Meal and rest periods are provided in compliance with California regulations.

Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for prolonged periods
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
