Location: Costa Mesa, CA - Hybrid (2x per week)
Responsibilities:
Support execution of approved marketing plans across Slow & Low, Lock, Stock & Barrel, and innovation initiatives
Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple agency partners (digital, social, PR, events, POS, eComm)
Coordinate creative approvals and asset flow between agencies and internal stakeholders
Support onboarding and execution for EMC Countermeasures across 17 markets, including POS toolkits and launch readiness
Assist in digital media and social campaign execution (agency-led; internal coordination support)
Support ambassador programming, communications, and activation tracking
Coordinate logistics for in-market events, tastings, and trade activations
Manage POS requests, shipping coordination, and inventory tracking
Oversee organization and deployment of marketing assets
Assist with PR samples, seeding kits, and shipment coordination
Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of marketing, brand marketing, or project coordination experience
CPG background preferred (spirits/beverage not required)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and/or agency partners
Proactive, growth-oriented, and eager to develop into a Manager-level role over time
