Senior Project Marketing Manager
— This is a 9-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role working PST hours, with potential to convert. This role supports marketing initiatives focused on driving revenue, engagement, and retention, with a strong emphasis on project-based and construction or renovation-related marketing. The Senior Marketing Specialist translates business strategy into effective marketing programs, partners cross-functionally, and leads execution across multiple initiatives while representing Marketing across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of marketing programs that support key business initiatives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, guide day-to-day marketing activities, and manage creative development from concept through execution. Collaborate with internal and external agencies and vendors; oversee timelines, budgets, purchase orders, and performance reporting to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. Background in marketing, communications, or related disciplines. 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within retail, fitness, service, or consumer-focused environments. Experience managing creative development processes and working with third-party vendors. Experience operating within cross-functional or matrixed organizations. Additional Requirements
This opportunity is remote and requires working PST hours. Occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required. Ability to lift packages up to 30 pounds, if needed. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50.00 - $55.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements. #LI-CG1
