What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the end‑to‑end Sales Operations function for the Surgical Division
Partner with commercial leadership to develop and execute strategic imperatives
Design processes and tools that drive sales performance and accountability
Manage monthly reporting close processes and communicate performance results
Coach and develop direct reports while fostering a high‑performance culture
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or internal operations in a commercial environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Data Science, or related field
Strong understanding of sales incentive and compensation design
Proficiency in CRM and BI tools, including Salesforce and Power BI
Experience in managing headcount‑related changes in compensation and quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to design and manage sales incentive and compensation plans
Experience in setting annual quotas and maximizing growth opportunities
Strong communication skills for executive‑level presentations and business reviews
Proven track record in leading cross‑functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, and Finance
