We’re looking for an experienced

Product Developer

to own the end-to-end development of apparel products across our 2 clothing brands. You’ll be responsible for turning designs into high-quality, production-ready garments — on time, on budget, and at the right margin.

This is a hands‑on role working closely with design, production, and external manufacturing partners.

What you’ll do

Own the

product development lifecycle

from concept to bulk production

Create and maintain

detailed tech packs

(construction, measurements, grading, trims)

Source and approve

fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes

Manage

factory communication

(sampling, costing, timelines, revisions)

Lead

fit development

and coordinate fit comments and revisions

Track and approve samples (proto, SMS, PP, TOP)

Ensure products meet

quality, margin, and delivery targets

Identify and solve production issues proactively

Work closely with CAD designers and creative teams to execute designs accurately

What we’re looking for

2+ years experience in

apparel product development

Strong understanding of

garment construction, materials, and fit

Proven experience working directly with

factories (Asia and/or Europe)

Confident creating and managing

tech packs independently

Strong organisational skills — you can manage

multiple SKUs at once

Clear communicator with a problem‑solving mindset

Comfortable working in a

fast‑moving DTC / e-commerce environment

Nice to have

Experience in

streetwear / premium apparel

Familiarity with

CLO3D or 3D garment tools

Experience scaling products from small runs to volume production

Knowledge of costing, MOQs, and margin optimisation
