Position Overview
Pacha New York is seeking a Social Media Manager to leadday-to-day social media operations, community engagement, and real-time contentcoverage across all social platforms. The role is responsible for executingchannel strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibilitywhile reflecting the energy of the venue’s programming and artist partnerships.This position requires flexibility to support evening, weekend, and event-basedschedules aligned with venue operations. Key Responsibilities
Manageall Pacha New York social media platforms, ensuring consistent brandvoice, visual identity, and messaging. Plan,schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing campaigns, artistannouncements, and event programming. Captureand create live social content during events, performances, and venueactivations. Monitorand respond to community engagement across platforms, escalating sensitiveissues where required. Collaboratewith marketing, PR, artists, creators, and production teams to supportcampaigns and ticketed events. Trackengagement performance, provide reporting insights, and recommendimprovements based on analytics and trends. What We're Looking For
3–5years of experience in social media, community management, or digitalmarketing roles. Strongknowledge of social platforms, engagement strategies, and digital culture. Excellentwritten communication skills with strong brand-voice awareness. Experienceworking in nightlife, music, entertainment, hospitality, or live-eventenvironments preferred. Abilityto create real-time content and work flexible hours including evenings,weekends, and event schedules. Familiaritywith social media analytics, listening, and scheduling tools. Benefits Overview
