Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venue located in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances, and cultural programming. As part of The Pacha Group’s international portfolio, the venue combines advanced production technology, hospitality services, and community-focused programming to create a leading destination for music and entertainment in New York City.

Position Overview Pacha New York is seeking an experienced and driven Public Relations Manager to lead and execute all public relations activities for the venue across New York City and the wider U.S. market. This role plays a critical part in shaping the public narrative of an iconic global nightlife brand, ensuring strong visibility, cultural relevance, and alignment with Pacha’s global brand DNA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Public Relations strategy for Pacha New York, positioning the venue as a leading force in New York nightlife and global electronic music culture.

Serve as the primary PR contact for U.S. media, managing relationships across music, culture, lifestyle, and city press.

Develop and deliver PR campaigns for season launches, artist announcements, partnerships, and major brand moments.

Shape and manage key narratives, ensuring alignment with Pacha’s global brand while remaining culturally relevant to New York.

Prepare press materials including releases, media briefs, statements, and talking points.

Collaborate closely with Programming, Marketing, Ticketing, and Global PR teams to align communications with commercial and brand objectives.

Support artist and talent communications in coordination with agents, promoters, and artist teams.

Monitor media coverage, social sentiment, and industry conversation, proactively managing reputational risks.

Host media and industry guests at key events and represent Pacha New York at relevant industry functions.

Track and report on PR performance, providing insights to optimize strategy and impact.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of PR experience; entertainment, music, nightlife, or hospitality experience strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of the U.S. and New York media landscape, with established or developing media relationships.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Creative, proactive, and solutions-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary Range:

USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
