Major Responsibilities A Customer Service Monitoring Representative is responsible for monitoring and dispatching proper authorities for residential and small business alarms, as well as contacting appropriate responsible parties. This role is a pivotal part of our noble purpose to help save lives and is the first step in protecting our customers when an alarm signal is received.
Onsite work required from our office located at 8880 Esters Blvd, Irving, TX 75063.
After completing training and spending at least one full calendar month in production, you may be eligible for a hybrid schedule, which includes two days of remote work per week. Eligibility is based on meeting the training and performance goals established by your manager.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Monitoring Representative
Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers.
Handle incoming alarm calls and place outbound calls to verify alarm activity, dispatching the proper authorities, and notifying responsible parties.
Pay attention to detail while documenting alarm handling procedures within the alarm screens.
Complete alarm processing in accordance with departmental procedures.
Provide alarm reset instructions and basic troubleshooting to customers during outbound alarm calls and inbound alarm call backs.
Receive inbound calls related to alarm call back inquiries.

Once approved for hybrid work, ADT requires:
Designated place to work from home.
High‐speed internet. DSL, Cable or Fiber internet service with the ability to hardwire via ethernet from cable modem to your PC.
At least 25 Mbps to download and 15 Mbps to upload.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required.
Ability to be licensed in multiple states.
Technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple items at once.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure
Starting hourly rate: $17.00 per hour, reaching $19.00 per hour after 180 days of employment (incremental increases every 30 days until $19.00 is reached).
Additional $1.00 per hour for being an onsite or hybrid employee.
Access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year, with an increased accrual rate thereafter. Six paid holidays are also provided.
The anticipated end date for application submission is 3/01/26. The role is scheduled to start 3/30/2026.
