The National Inventors Hall of Fame is seeking seasonal Packaging Associates to assist in the packaging of our materials for children nationwide. You will be preparing and packing materials like robots, pipe cleaners, flashlights, screwdrivers, pom poms, and everything else that makes our STEM curriculum so much fun! Our seasonal position is one of a kind, with the potential to return each year!
Duration: February 2026 – May 1, 2026
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM
Rate: $15.00/hour
Position Responsibilities
Prep materials into different configurations for packing
Pack materials for all company programs
Record production information
Perform quality control inspections
Conduct inventory counts as needed
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Maintain a clean & orderly work area
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic knowledge of packing/production operations
Accuracy
Basic math
Ability to bend, reach and stand for extended time periods
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds up to 6 feet high continuously throughout the day
Ability to work as a member of a team
Requires regular, reliable, and on-time attendance
