What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain the Crisis Communications Playbook for customer‑facing incidents

Act as the primary communications responder during crises, drafting and deploying effective communications

Lead strategy and distribution of communications related to product updates and service changes

Manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and relevant messaging

Administer key communications platforms and define performance measurement KPIs

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Communications, Product Marketing, or PR, preferably in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Energy/Commodities/Logistics

Proven experience managing communications during significant corporate or service crises

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex communication workstreams

Proven experience with at least two communications platforms such as HubSpot, Customer.io, or Intercom

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Understanding of the commodities markets to ensure sensitive and relevant communications

Experience using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics to inform communication strategies
