We’re looking for an
Interior Designer – Project Leader
to guide the design and delivery of thoughtful, well-coordinated interior environments across
industrial, office, and hospitality
projects. This role is ideal for an experienced interior designer or architect who enjoys owning projects, leading teams, and translating design intent into spaces that are functional, durable, and client-ready.
You’ll manage interior design projects from concept through construction, coordinating with consultants and serving as a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Lead interior design projects through all phases of design and documentation
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Develop and oversee Revit models, drawings, and finish documentation
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal disciplines
Mentor and guide junior interior designers on standards and best practices
Lead client meetings and design presentations
Ensure quality control, code compliance, and constructability
Support construction administration and respond to field issues
What We’re Looking For
Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture
7–10+ years of experience in interior design or interior architecture
Demonstrated experience in industrial, office, and/or hospitality projects
Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of interior detailing, FF&E, codes, and building systems
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to balance design intent with budget, schedule, and technical constraints
