As a Senior Interior Designer specializing in Model Home Interior Design, you'll have the opportunity to craft authentic, soulful, and unique spaces that reflect the clients' vision and stories. The firm values relationships and understands that your unique perspective matters. As the Senior Interior Designer, you will oversee projects from concept to installation, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. You will have key responsibilities that include developing project concepts and design drawings in AutoCAD, managing budgets, and conducting frame walks. You will also be responsible for showroom visits to select furniture, art, window treatments, and accessories, ensuring every detail aligns with the project's vision.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited university
8+ years of experience in Model Home interior design
NCIDQ and ASID members are preferred but not required
Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience is a plus
Experience with an understanding of architectural details and constructability
Strong knowledge of model home construction methods and materials
Experience with budget management – understands how to allocate budget and the appropriate use of vendors
Ability to read builder plans and comprehend
Ability to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentations
Strong client relations and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel to job sites and the office when needed
