Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience within an advertising agency or in-house creative department. Demonstrable portfolio showcasing exceptional CPG campaign work is non-negotiable. Conceptual Strength: A portfolio rich with strong conceptual thinking, big ideas, and impactful campaigns. Writing Prowess: A portfolio showcasing engaging, strategic, and versatile writing across various media, with a strong grasp of brand voice, tone, and the ability to persuade. Social Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing highly effective social media content and campaigns across diverse platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Cultural Savvy: A finger on the pulse of current cultural trends, consumer insights, and an innate ability to translate them into relevant, inclusive, and modern creative work. Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful internal and client collaboration.
