Lead client discovery calls related to website and application strategy.

Build complete site maps, information architecture, and content framework plans.

Define user flows, navigation logic, content priorities, and structural recommendations.

Collaborate with internal creative and dev teams and client teams to ensure architectural decisions align with business goals and UX best practices.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation

Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to define functional, technical, and content requirements.

Document requirements and acceptance criteria clearly for cross‑team execution.

Translate business needs into actionable, engineering‑ready specifications.

Prototyping

Ability or willingness to learn tools like Bolt/Base44 (or comparable tools) to produce interactive prototypes.

Create wireframes, user flows, and early‑phase UX artifacts that guide design and development.

Maintain a library of UX components to accelerate future builds.

QA and QA Automation

Conduct detailed QA on all site builds using replicable checklists.

Create and manage automated QA processes to reduce manual testing where possible.

Document bugs and issues unambiguously for developers using BugHerd or similar tools.

Website Audits and Insights

Perform UX/UI audits, decision‑making analyses, accessibility reviews, and structural evaluations.

Provide actionable recommendations that tie usability, conversion, and SEO together.

Contribute to strategy/CRO roadmaps for ongoing enhancement programs.

Your Space Suit Specs (Requirements and Qualifications)

Strong background in Web UX architecture, IA, or digital strategy.

Experience with prototyping (Bolt, Base44, Figma, Whimsical, or similar).

Understanding of front‑end behavior and CMS structures (WordPress highly preferred).

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and documentation skills; highly detail‑oriented.

Bonus: Experience with QA automation tools (Ghost Inspector, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).

Bonus: Comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools quickly.

Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in an autonomous, remote‑first environment.

Curiosity and a drive to innovate.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative problem‑solving and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
