LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Document Management Specialist for a fantastic logistics company in Midtown. This role will support a leading supply chain solutions organization. In this role, you will play a key part in Executive Communications by managing content intake, preparing standardized presentation materials, coordinating with data teams, and maintaining documentation hubs. Your work ensures Sales teams receive ready‑to‑use, accurate, and visually consistent materials while enabling Executive Communications to focus on strategic storytelling for Tier 1 QBRs and Board/ELT initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in document production, presentation design, graphic design, marketing, or data‑based storytelling.

Key Responsibilities Document & Presentation Production

Prepare and format presentation decks using standardized templates.

Insert data views and create baseline slides using provided content, dashboards, and templates.

Gather updates and insights from internal teams and incorporate them into documents.

Deliver completed draft decks to Sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

Maintain document templates, asset libraries, links, and customer‑specific files.

Content Intake & Workflow Coordination

Manage incoming document and presentation requests by logging submissions, applying tiering rules, and tracking all associated deadlines.

Monitor scheduling capacity, flag workload risks, and coordinate timing with Executive Communications.

QBR System Support

Support the rollout of the updated QBR system by reviewing materials, organizing customer groups, documenting KPI requirements, and collaborating with data/analytics teams.

Assist in updating and maintaining the QBR SharePoint Hub and related documentation repositories.

Provide simple user guidance and track early requests to ensure consistent adoption.

Operational Excellence

Ensure documentation workflows run smoothly, templates are consistently applied, and the Hub becomes a widely utilized resource.

Contribute to the successful adoption of new layouts and standardized formats by mid‑2026.

Enable Executive Communications to focus primarily on top‑tier reviews by year‑end.

Experience Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in document production, project/program management, customer success, sales operations, graphic design, or CX operations.

2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Background in B2B, supply chain, logistics, retail, or marketing preferred.

Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional partners (Sales, CX, Operations, Finance, Analytics).

Skills & Strengths

Strong project and workflow management skills.

Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Comfortable working with dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce) to pull data for documents.

Proficient in maintaining SharePoint hubs and document libraries.

Self‑starter who works independently with light guidance.
