Own the design process from concept to execution, transforming user needs into intuitive interfaces. Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user scenarios to guide product development. Collaborate with product managers and creative leads to conduct user research and design testing. Create visual assets and maintain design guidelines for consistent implementation across platforms. Utilize design systems and libraries to streamline and standardize the product design process. Ensure design decisions consider usability, accessibility, and overall business impact. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data‑driven insights. Requirements

Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related disciplines. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design libraries such as ShadCN. Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data‑informed design decisions. Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles. Strategic thinking to balance aesthetics, usability, and business objectives. Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in copywriting for user interfaces. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and manage multiple priorities. Access to a Mac with Figma or equivalent design tools preferred.
