Position Impact
Drive top-line revenue and gross margin performance
Increase market share across service, retrofit, and construction
Expand recurring revenue through service agreements and PM programs
Strengthen long‑term customer partnerships
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct on‑site evaluations and recommend tailored HVAC solutions
Prepare and present detailed proposals aligned with scope and profitability goals
Negotiate contracts and close complex mechanical opportunities
Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and accurate forecasting
Partner with estimating, service, and construction teams for seamless execution
Attend industry events and build brand presence in the local market
Target Customers
Commercial property managers
Facility managers and building owners
General contractors
Engineers and project managers
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong closing ability
Technical understanding of HVAC systems, retrofits, and service models
Experience selling preventative maintenance agreements
Comfortable reviewing specifications and construction drawings
Strong business acumen with margin‑focused selling
Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management
