Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Interior Designer, located in Sarasota, FL. The Lead Interior Designer will manage design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, selecting and specifying finishes, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E), and creating detailed construction drawings. Responsibilities also include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that align with Studio G Home's vision and standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts

Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to effectively collaborate with architects, contractors, and builders

Experience in selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet project goals

Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills

Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs

Strong communication and client management skills to ensure a positive client experience and deliver exceptional results

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) or licensing is a plus

Minimum 2 years construction experience and 3-6 Years previous experience managing interior design projects preferred

Salary commensurates with level of experience
