About the Role
The Jr Planner is responsible for driving financial results, optimizing inventory, and supporting key club accounts across a multi-brand adult business. This role acts as the financial and analytical partner to Sales, Production, Finance, and Executive Management – building plans, managing open orders and receipt flow, analyzing performance, and ensuring programs deliver on sales, margin, and profitability goals for O5 Group’s club portfolio. How You’ll Contribute
Assist in building and maintaining O5 Group annual sales and margin plans for Club accounts across multiple adult men’s and women’s brands (Weatherproof Vintage, Izod, Dickies, DKNY, Quiksilver, Eddie Bauer Lounge & Sportswear, Wrangler, Lands’ End, Active House, Chaps, Billabong). Manage open orders, receipt flow, and NSR to ensure product is arriving at the warehouse and shipping to the customer in a timely manner. Monitor and report changes to the Open Order file, providing regular updates and visibility to the CFO. Recommend pricing and net sells to maximize margin and profitability for current and go-forward seasons. Support Sales in making pricing decisions by examining regional selling, daily sales reporting, and comparative analysis. Analyze weekly selling and performance against plans, identifying both upside opportunities and potential risks. Deliver actionable insights through weekly business reporting and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions. Partner with Sales, Production, Finance, and Executive Management to align company financial goals with sales strategies. Review club markdown requests or additional financial asks and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. Help manage club marketing budgets and investments to support profitable growth. Support the VP, Planning in scenario planning, strategy reviews, and day-to-day decision making. What You Bring to the Team
Club experience is a must – Sam’s Club, Costco, BJ’s Wholesale, and/or PriceSmart. Experience working with outside selling portals (e.g., Unify, Retail Link). Strong analytical skills and solid retail math capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting responsibilities and priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
