
Overview
As our Integrated Marketing Coordinator you will support retail, digital, and partner marketing initiatives by managing creative assets, coordinating co‑marketing programs, assisting with trade show logistics, and helping execute campaigns across email, social, and advertising channels. This role ensures accurate merchandising materials, supports product launches, maintains organized marketing files, and compiles performance reports to aid strategic decision-making. Strong communication, organization, and cross‑functional coordination skills are key, with some travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of planograms (POGs) and merchandising materials to ensure accurate product placement and brand consistency across retail partners.
Partner & Co-Marketing Coordination
Coordinate co-marketing programs with dealers, distributors, and brand partners, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets and program materials.
Support execution of joint promotions and partner campaigns by managing timelines, approvals, and asset distribution.
Trade Shows & Events
Provide logistical and administrative support for trade shows, dealer meetings, and product education events.
Coordinate booth materials, product samples, promotional items, and shipping.
Assist with booth setup and teardown as needed.
Compile post-show reports, including lead summaries, key takeaways, and follow-up action items.
Campaign Execution
Support execution of integrated advertising and social media campaigns by coordinating content calendars, creative assets, and deadlines.
Work with internal teams and external agencies on media planning and placement coordination.
Assist in tracking campaign deliverables to ensure timely launch and optimization.
Digital & Email Marketing
Assist with email marketing campaigns for both B2B (dealer/distributor) and consumer audiences.
Support list management, content preparation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
Help coordinate content for social media and digital platforms to ensure consistency with broader marketing initiatives.
Product Launch Support
Assist in managing new product launches, including sample coordination, retailer sell-in materials, launch checklists, and internal communication.
Support cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
Maintain, organize, and distribute marketing files, creative assets, and reports in shared systems to ensure team accessibility and version control.
Compile and deliver regular performance reports summarizing key marketing, digital, and merchandising metrics.
Gather and organize consumer insights from surveys, feedback, and digital analytics to support marketing strategy and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or related job experience
2+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or related roles
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to support sales and marketing teams in achieving business goals.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of current marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Exposure to RV, marine, and/or outdoor industry is helpful
Experience managing external agencies and vendors
Travel required to national tradeshows and industry events
