This role will provide administrative assistance to the Customer Engagement Coordinator and support business development across the company. Additionally, candidate will develop relationships with the marketing, training and inventory departments; store managers; vendors; and rep agencies, to help the team achieve engagement goals.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily administrative support to the Customer Engagement Coordinator

Collate reports on merchandising, promotion, and event results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

Build relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors to facilitate day-to-day tasks

Communicate regularly with managers to monitor action plans

Order merchandising and event materials

Qualifications Personal Profile

Experience in an administrative role preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Excel: candidate should be comfortable using basic formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables and applying attractive formatting

Analytical mind-set

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great organizational skills
