About the Role As our
Marketing Coordinator , you’ll support SABRE’s digital and e‑commerce growth by executing organic social strategies, creating engaging content, managing email campaigns, supporting website merchandising, and assisting with analytics and reporting.
This role is based out of our
Chicago, IL (Loop area) office , and offers hands‑on exposure across social media, content creation, email marketing, and e‑commerce operations.
Compensation and Work Details ✅
$60,000–$65,000
annual salary (based on experience)

40 hours per week
| Hybrid schedule:
4 days on‑site
1 day remote

Chicago, IL (Loop area) office

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Social Media Management
Own day‑to‑day publishing and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual standards
Monitor engagement and manage community interactions
Track trends and propose new content ideas
Support light paid boosting or post amplification
Content Creation & Production
Develop short‑form videos, graphics, and copy for social, email, and web
Capture behind‑the‑scenes content and prepare raw footage for editing
Write captions and optimized copy aligned with brand guidelines
Organize and maintain content libraries and asset folders
Email Marketing
Build and optimize email campaigns and workflows
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align email content with business priorities
Analytics & Reporting
Pull weekly and monthly performance metrics from social platforms
Assist with reporting on paid and organic performance
Track follower growth, engagement trends, and KPIs
Website & E‑Commerce Support
Execute item setup and maintain category pages on the e‑commerce site
Ensure accurate product data and optimize content for user experience
We’re Looking for Someone With
2–3+ years
of experience in social media and digital marketing
Strong copywriting and visual content skills
Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Bazaarvoice), email platforms (Klaviyo), and analytics tools (GA4, Power BI)
Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (BigCommerce preferred)
Video editing skills for TikTok, Reels, and short‑form content
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience with paid social boosting
Knowledge of SEO basics and PDP optimization
