About the Role
As our full-time, on-site
Junior Graphic Designer , you’ll help shape the visual identity of our consumer products across packaging, product labels, POP displays, manuals, e‑commerce content, and sales assets. Your work will directly support how our products show up on shelves, online, and in the hands of people who rely on us for safety.
Compensation and Work Details
Compensation:
$55,000 (fixed annual salary) Benefits:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Execute packaging + label production from dyeline setup through final print‑ready files, including SKU versioning and compliance‑driven updates. Design and maintain packaging, product labels, inserts, and content optimized for retail shelf presence + e‑commerce. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Compliance to meet technical and regulatory standards. Develop and update technical manuals, instruction guides, and product documentation. Prepare vendor‑ready files, manage proof rounds, and track revisions to meet production timelines. Maintain standardized templates, dyelines, claim callouts, icon systems, and layout consistency. Assist with product photography, retouching, and exports for packaging, e‑commerce, and marketing. Design POP displays, end‑caps, signage, and retailer‑specific merchandising assets. Build sales materials such as sell sheets, brochures, catalogs, and product overviews. Develop trade show graphics including booth panels, banners, and promotional assets. Adapt creative assets for Amazon, Walmart, websites, email, and social media.
We’re looking for someone with
3 years of professional graphic design experience
(or strong internships), ideally in consumer products, retail, or packaging. A
portfolio
demonstrating packaging, print production, and consumer‑facing design work. Strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of
dyelines, prepress, proofing, color accuracy, and version control . Experience with
product labels, retail packaging, POP displays , and retailer requirements. Ability to design and format
instruction guides
and
technical documentation
clearly. Product photography
and retouching skills. Bonus skills:
video editing ,
motion graphics , experience in
regulated categories , or familiarity with
print vendor workflows .
