Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing team in
Fort Lauderdale, FL . This is a
full-time, in-office position
supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and brand development across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate has hands-on marketing and social media experience—preferably within the
cruise or travel industry —and brings a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills. This role works closely with internal teams to support brand growth, campaign performance, and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of marketing experience ( travel or cruise industry strongly preferred )
Experience with social media content creation
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Understanding of analytics, SEO, and performance reporting
Strong writing and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or on a team
